- SHIPPING FAQ -

Shipping is dropped off every Monday and Thursday.  Orders from Sunday at 12pm to Wednesday at 12pm ship every Thursday. Orders after 12 pm Wednesday thru Sunday at 12pm ship every Monday. We use couriers for paid shipping in most urban areas, rural addresses and northern Canada may use Canada post as the last mile carrier.                

Once your package is with the courier and has left our hands, shipping times are out of our control. Loss/damage by carrier will be reshipped once carrier confirm loss and claim.  Packages that show delivery but are stolen or missing are out of our control and not our responsibility.  Please have a safe place to ship or someone home to accept packages.  All our shipments in Canada and the USA are tracked.

Customs, Duty and/or brokerage fees are your responsibility should your order be stopped by customs or border control when entering your country. 

You are responsible for re-shipping charges should an order be returned due to wrong delivery information being given at time of order.
