When Will Your Order Ship?

We ship packages every Monday and Thursday.

• Orders placed between Sunday 12 PM and Wednesday 12 PM ship Thursday.
• Orders placed between Wednesday 12 PM and Sunday 12 PM ship Monday.

Choose Your Carrier

At checkout, you'll have the option to select your preferred shipping method:

• Canadian Customers: Choose between Courier or Canada Post.
• US Customers: Choose between Courier or USPS.
• International Customers: Orders ship via tracked international courier services.

All shipments include tracking.

Package Safety & Delivery

Once your order leaves our hands, delivery timelines and handling are beyond our control.

• Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will gladly resend your order after the carrier confirms the loss/damage claim.
• Stolen or Missing Packages: Packages marked as delivered but reported stolen or missing are beyond our responsibility. We recommend having packages delivered to a secure location or ensuring someone is available to receive your delivery.

Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or brokerage fees incurred upon import into their country.

Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for covering the re-shipment costs.
